• Proposal content: Project details you provide for AI proposal generation, and the generated proposals themselves.

• Usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our service
• To process your invoices and facilitate payments through Stripe
• To generate AI-powered proposals using the project details you provide
• To track your time entries and calculate billing
• To display your revenue dashboard and analytics

4. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When your clients pay an invoice, they interact directly with Stripe’s secure payment form. We never see, store, or process credit card numbers on our servers. 5. AI Proposal Generation

When you use our AI proposal feature, the project details you provide (project type, client need, timeline, budget, and notes) are sent to our AI provider to generate a proposal. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your project details are processed solely for the purpose of generating your proposal and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. We may use anonymized analytics to understand how our service is used and to improve performance.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Stripe: To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• AI provider: To generate proposals based on your project details.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your paid subscription, you are downgraded to the free plan and your data remains accessible.
