Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HustleDesk (“the Service”), operated at hustledesk.clstech.ro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HustleDesk (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

HustleDesk is a freelance management platform that provides AI-powered proposal generation, invoicing with Stripe payment links, time tracking, client management, and revenue dashboards. The Service is available through web browsers and is designed for independent freelancers and small service providers.

3. Account Registration

To use HustleDesk, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

HustleDesk offers the following plans:

• Free: $0/month. Includes 5 AI proposals/month, 5 invoices/month, 3 clients, and basic time tracking. No credit card required.
• Solo: $19/month (or $190/year billed annually). Includes 50 AI proposals/month, unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, full time tracking, no branding on invoices, full revenue dashboard, and email support.
• Pro: $29/month (or $290/year billed annually). Includes 200 AI proposals/month, everything in Solo, priority AI generation, CSV/PDF export, and priority support.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. No phone calls, no retention specialists. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is downgraded to the free plan. Your data (invoices, proposals, clients, time entries) is never deleted upon cancellation or downgrade. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@hustledesk.clstech.ro within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send fraudulent invoices or misrepresent services
• Generate proposals for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in a manner that overburdens our infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

7. Your Content and Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on HustleDesk, including client information, invoices, proposals, and time entries. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

8. AI-Generated Content

Proposals generated by our AI feature are provided as drafts and starting points. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated proposals before sending them to clients. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for the proposals you send to your clients.

9. Payment Processing

Invoice payments from your clients are processed by Stripe. Funds from client payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. HustleDesk does not hold, escrow, or intermediate client payments. You are responsible for connecting your Stripe account and ensuring it complies with Stripe’s terms of service. Any disputes related to payments between you and your clients are between you and your clients. We are not a party to your client agreements.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HustleDesk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated proposals will achieve particular results.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HustleDesk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
